If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Please note: Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item.
Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as DSH Jewelers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return packages.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed if the returned item is not received by us.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
